As you can imagine every event is different, for this reason we cannot provide a set price. instead we provide quotes which I can assure you are very competive. We aim to reply to all emails within 24 hours, however if after 48 hours you have not recieved a reply please call us on the number provided.
1) Booking
When a booking is made we agree an arrival time and a start and finish time. The booking is confirmed by a confirmation letter signed by the customer this must be sent to us within 10 days of making the booking. Contracts can also be supplied if requested by customer.
2) Payment
the quoted amount should be paid at the beginning of the event in cash. cheque payments can be accepted but need to be paid 14 days in advance of the booking to allow time for funds to clear, paypal payments also accepted but these incur a 2.5% surcharge to cover paypal fees.
Booking Terms
1) Booking confirmation

2) Payment
The quoted should be paid at the beginning of the event in cash. (or in advance by cheque/paypal)
3) Electricity
We will require a minimum of 2 unshared 240volt 13amp mains electricity sockets in close proximity to our setup.
4) Space
For a large set up we will need a minimum of 3.5 metres wide and 2 metres deep.
5) Setup Time
We will need approximately 45 minutes to get into the venue, setup and sound check. We will need approximately 45 minutes to dismantle and leave the venue.
6) Safety
If at any time the DJ feels unsafe or threatened, or the equipment is being abused by a member of your event, they have the right to terminate the disco until the problem has been resolved.
7) Supervision & Damage
The client should provide adequate supervision over the guests. Any damage caused by a member of the audience to our equipment will be the responsibilty of the client. You will be charged for any damage and we will advise you as soon as the damage occurs.
8) Client Cancellation
Should the client wish to cancel, we must be consulted in writing. Cancellation fees are 14 days or less 100% of fee, 15 to 30 days 75% of fee, 30 to 45 days 50% of fee, over 45 days no cancellation fee charged
9) Start Time Delayed
Should the start time of the event be delayed due to restricted access to the venue, we are not liable for any refunds.
10) Electricity Failure
High Energy Promotions will not be held liable for any power shortage e.g. power cut.
11) Cheques
All cheques should be made payable to High Energy Promotions (Please note cheques are only accepted as advance payment, no less than 14days before your function)
12) Terms
The terms for High Energy Promotions are liable to change at anytime.
13) Pli cert/Pat cert /pro dub license
should a venue wish to see copies of pli/pat test certificates we will forward copies of these to the customer in advance of the booking to pass on to the venue, in the case of the pro dub license we will bring these on the night.
